What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact Forms
We do use a contact form to collect user information if a user wishes to book a tour, wants to inquire about information on our site, wishes to have a copy of their personal information that is stored on our site sent to them or have their personal information deleted from our site or if they wish to provide any feedback on the site such as errors or web performance.
We collect their first and last name, email address, date of birth and phone number. The information is stored indefinitely but can be deleted at any time by the user’s request or if we no longer need the information. We may use this information for marketing purposes internally if the user opts into receiving promotional material.
Review & Comments
When visitors leave reviews or comments on the site we collect the data shown in the review and comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website (i.e. your profile image), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
