Booking Conditions for Your Trip with Rogue Travel

OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS

When a booking is accepted by confirmation thereof a contract is made between Rogue Travel and you and the terms and conditions that are outlined below apply.

These terms and conditions are based on Australian Consumer Law and the industry guide published by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission on travel & accommodation.

 

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. YOUR TRIP RESERVATION

When we receive payment for your reservation, subject to availability and at our discretion, Rogue Travel will reserve your spot on the trip you select. A contract is made between you and Rogue Travel (Parent company A 90s Kid registered in Australia ABN No. 84 756 314 051) only when your booking has been confirmed and accepted by us.

 

2. YOUR MONEY PROTECTION

 

A 90s Kid is registered with the Australian Business Register (ABN No. 84 756 314 051) issued by the Australian Government, which provide protection under Australian Consumer Law in the event of insolvency. Bookings made in Australia will be protected by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commision. Please ask us to confirm what protection can apply to your booking. Please refer to our Booking Conditions for further information and also visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commision (ACCC) website: https://www.accc.gov.au/

Payment made to us for accommodation, tickets and other merchandise are protected by the ACCC and if in the unlikely event that A 90s Kid becomes insolvent, you will receive your money back or, if your travel package has started, the remaining parts of the trip will continue as agreed when the booking was confirmed.

 

3. PRICE GUARANTEE

 

Prices on our website are based on costs. The price of your trip will not vary unless affected by government action such as changes to GST or any other government imposed charges. Rogue Travel is not liable for any other costs you may incur such as hotel room charges, incidentals and credit card fees. Your accommodation is booked by Rogue Travel on your behalf however, you will need to provide your own personal credit card upon check-in.

 

4. IF ROGUE TRAVEL CANCELS OR CHANGES YOUR HOLIDAY

 

4.1 Rogue Travel reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with business requirements or situations beyond our discretion.

4.2 Should any change or cancellation occur we will give you reasonable notice and if possible provide you with an alternate option. If it is necessary to cancel, a minimum period of 35 days notice will be given to you unless the situation that led to the cancellation were beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 If we are not able to provide an alternative offer or if you don’t wish to accept it a full refund of monies will be paid to you by us or we’ll transfer you to another Rogue Travel trip without any further payment or charge.

4.4 If the change or cancellation is due to superior control like war or threat of war, political unrest, riots, civil unrest, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Rogue Travel’s control (we will give a full refund of monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.

4.5 Rogue Travel is in no way responsible for the cost of any other bookings or travel arrangements that are affected due to cancellation or the rescheduling of a booking you have made with us

 

5. TRIP DETAILS AND CONDITIONS

 

5.1 The information we give you on our website trip pages is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time you visit the web page. However, we cannot guarantee that an event or item will be available especially when we do not have direct control over it (i.e. a festival or expo is cancelled by the organiser).

5.2 Rogue Travel strives to provide you with accomodation, tickets, and other features that are good value for money for you

5.3 Rogue Travel prides itself on creating an itinerary that we believe will deliver you the best possible time however, if we believe we can make improvements to the experience or we must make changes that are beyond our control, we have the right to make changes to the itinerary and change the hotel accommodation, Rogue Travel is in no way responsible for the cost of any other bookings or travel arrangements that are affected due to cancellation.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. BOOKING YOUR TRIP

To complete your booking, we must receive the payment in full.

1.1 If you require specific meal requirements, we will make arrangements to cater for your needs, however, we cannot guarantee those requirements will be fulfilled and will not take responsibility if the requirements are not fulfilled.
